Our Office Policies

Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only. Information about our locations and hours is available on our Contact page. You can also schedule an appointment or a complimentary consultation.

I require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.

ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. This includes intake appointment and treatment sessions. No exceptions.

For new clients: A consultation is required for all new clients. During the consultation, we will discuss any health issues and desired outcomes. Once you schedule your appointment, you will be taken to the Health Assessment and Policy forms. Please read and complete these. Finally, you will be directed to the payment page. Your appointment will not be held without payment.
